Located 25 miles north of the state capital Albany, the Ballston Spa Central School District began a search for a professional visitor registration system to better understand and manage visitors to their schools.

"From a security perspective, we now can reliably track everyone who visits, from arrival to departure," said Martin. "From a facilities perspective, we're now able to verify the arrival and departure time of all outside contractors to ensure that they are on the job as specified."

The use of sex offender screening in the visitor registration software has reassured staff and parents that proper controls are in place to monitor all visitors.
