Visitor Systems for Multi-Tenant Facilities

Friday, February 24, 2012 by John Murzycki

Many multi-tenant facilities use visitor registration software to improve security and enhance the professionalism of managing visitors at their facilities.

Both residential and commercial multl-tenant buildings can benefit from visitor software to enable facility managers to identify and  know exactly who is visiting the building, who they are visiting, the purpose of their visit, and when they checked in and out.

Much like other types of facilities or other industries, badge software has specific benefits to the multi-tenant building.

Visitor tracking software can work smoothly and easily with a variety of different tenants in the building.

Used at some of the largest multi-tenant buildings in the country, EasyLobby ID card software improves visitor security and lobby management at these facilities, and enhances their image as a professional, well-run facility.

Regardless of the size of the facility, EasyLobby visitor registration can be used to improve the guest sign in process.

Our electronic visitor management system can be used to customize badge templates, allowing administrators to customize badge designs. Visitors to a particular organization in a commercial facility will receive a visitor badge that is customized to that organization. These unique visitor badges can include the tenants logo, company name, floor number, and any other specific information that is necessary.

Many multi-tenant properties also use our visitor system to track delivery of packages and other assets that are delivered to or loaned out from the front desk.

An added benefit of our software is that individual tenants can pre-register guests that they know will be arriving, simplifying visitor sign in. In some cases the pre-registration is a requirement of check in.

Like other types of facilities using our visitor registration system, our software captures visitor data from a driver's license, business card, or passport scan, including capturing the visitor's photo.

Read the EasyLobby success story of our visitor management software at use in a residential multi-tenant property at Plaza South Condominiums in Fort Lauderdale.

For a commercial multi-tenant environment, read about our installation at One Gateway Center.

Using Barcodes with Visitor Badges

Tuesday, February 14, 2012 by John Murzycki

VisitorID BadgesWhen using visitor software, many of our customers will often include a barcode on the visitor badge.

Our badge software allows you to easily design badge templates that include barcodes, in addition to whatever other information you consider important.

Barcodes offer a number of advantages that assist with managing visitors professionally in your facilities.

For instance, barcodes let you quickly scan a visitor pass to automatically check out a guest that is leaving a building. This is especially beneficial in a busy lobby or when you don't want to delay a guest when they are exiting the building.

A barcode on a visitor ID badge allows the lobby attendant to simply scan the badge and the visitor is checked out. No other action is required.

It's also beneficial to include barcodes on visitor passes assigned to frequent visitors. You can grant these visitors a permanent badge that can be scanned during guest sign in when they re-enter the facility. The EasyLobby visitor system will recognize the barcode and check them in.

Barcodes also help control and monitor entry and exit at one or more internal check points for visitors who have already been badged at any visitor registration system in the main lobby.

Upon arrival at an internal check point, the visitor badge with a barcode is scanned and the EasyLobby Satellite™ station will display the visitor's photo, name and clearance level and immediately inform the operator whether that visitor has permission to enter into that area or whether the operator should deny entry. The clearance level is assigned to each visitor when they are badged at the main lobby.

Because the EasyLobby ID badge system creates a unique barcode for every visitor, you don't have to be concerned about the creation of barcodes - simply designate that you want a barcode included in the ID badge template.

EasyLobby visitor registration software makes it easy to customize visitor badges, which is an important part of any lobby system.

For more information about barcodes and using visitor registration in your environment, register for a free, customized online web demo.

In about 30 minutes we will demonstrate the features of our software that are most pertinent to your particular requirements.

Using Your Visitor System for Time and Attendance

Tuesday, January 31, 2012 by John Murzycki

One of the benefits of using EasyLobby badge software is that the same system you use for visitor registration can also be used to track the time and attendance of employees, contractors, volunteers, or any other personnel.

It's a relatively easy process to use your visitor management software for time and attendance.

All you need to do is to import all the employee names into the EasyLobby visitor software. There are several ways to accomplish this step. Contact our technical support center if you need assistance with this at support@easylobby.com.

You then design an ID badge template that includes a barcode for all those you wish to record the time and attendance. The barcode will be used to scan them in and out of the facility.

Or  you can provide them with a proximity card which, when used in conjunction with EasyLobby's access control integration, will allow those individuals access to locked doors, elevators or turnstiles controlled by the access system.

The time that the employee or guest is onsite is then recorded in the EasyLobby electronic visitor management system. You are able to either access a report with the details of check in and check out times, or you can export the data using a variety of formats into other systems.

Our time and attendance feature can be used for all employees, or to record the time for temporary employees and contractors. You may be able to achieve considerable savings by documenting the time and attendance of outside contractors and to issue payments based on the actual onsite time.

One of our customers in the food transportation business has used this feature to avoid unwarranted delay fees charged by other trucking companies who in the past had claimed that it took longer to load or offload materials in their facilities.

Another EasyLobby customer, a large electric utility, realized considerable savings by closely monitoring the time and attendance of all contractors working at their generating facilities during planned and unplanned outages.

Keep in mind that the time and attendance feature is just  one of the many different capabilities that can be used in conjunction with our visitor systems. There are many others.

Discover more capabilities of our visitor registration software by signing up for a free, customized online web conference.

In about 30 minutes we will demonstrate ways to create professional visitor badges and how to use visitor management to improve security and the efficiency of your organization.

The Benefit of Customizing Visitor Badges

Wednesday, December 21, 2011 by John Murzycki

Visitor Badge

Because visitor passes are the most visible aspect of your visitor registration system, you want to be sure that they reflect positively and contain the type of information that is most useful to you in identifying visitors at your facilities.

Consequently, you want to be sure that you give some thought to the design and content of a visitor ID badge.

Here are a few customization ideas to consider.

Create a different design for each category of visitor. For example, the a visitor pass for a contractor will be different from the pass of a temporary employee or a weekend visitor. This allows your employees to visually identify the type of visitor in the building.

Include a barcode in the badge templates so that it automatically prints on each visitor badge. This technique is particularly helpful in busy lobby because it allows the lobby attendant to quickly check out the visitor with a simple scan of the barcode using a barcode reader.

Your ID badge template can be set up to print a different color visitor badge for each day of the week. This is a good way to easily identify whether badges have been issued that day or a previous day.

Also include a time stamp of the date and time that the visitor checked in as a way to see if the badge was issued that day.

Print a photo of the visitor on the visitor badge, captured by a scan of their license during visitor registration, or captured with a web cam.

You also may want to consider including the photo of the employee that the guest is visiting. This allows employees to easily see who is responsible for that visitor.

Including the logo of your company on the badge is a good way to reinforce your branding.

All of these techniques, and many more can easily be put into practice with EasyLobby visitor software. The system has many built-in templates to choose from, and a badge design tool that allows you to develop the exact badge style to fit your needs.

So keep in mind that you have a great deal of flexibility using EasyLobby badge software to customize visitor badges for your requirements.

Why Use Visitor Badges at Your Organization?

Monday, December 5, 2011 by John Murzycki

Visitor ID Badges

Using professional visitor software to create a visitor badge for every guest entering your facilities is a good way to improve the image of your organization and enhance visitor security.

As one of the most visible aspects of any lobby management, a visitor pass allows your employees to quickly identify who a guest is and why they are in your building.

It's important to create badges that are functional for your organization so that you capture the information necessary, and also are professional-looking.

Badge ID software from EasyLobby has many features that permit you to customize how you are managing visitors and what visitor information you choose to capture and put onto visitor passes.

Here are some things to consider when developing visitor badge templates.

Color coding allows you to easily identify the category of the visitor by using a different color for say contractors, or parents, or temporary employees. You can even change the color ever day so that you can easily see an expired badge.

Self-expiring badge stock that bleeds through a red stop symbol after eight hours can be used to let you know that the badge has expired.

Consider the information that you put on your visitor ID badge. Some popular fields to include on badges are: visitor name, company affiliation, employee being visited, time of check in, visitor photo (captured by scanning their license or by a web cam), and category of visitor.

Use a barcode printed on the badge to allow you to scan for rapid check out. For frequent visitors, barcodes allow you to provide a long-term visitor ID to those guests that are returning frequently over a specific timeframe. You can simply scan it in and out whenever the guest re-enters or leaves the facility.

EasyLobby visitor registration software includes a number of pre-formatted templates that you can choose from, as well as a badge creator to allow you to design exactly the type of badge that has the information you need and also looks professional.

How Multi-Tenant Facilities Can Benefit from Visitor Software

Wednesday, October 12, 2011 by John Murzycki

Visitor Badges for Multi-Tenant Facilities

Commercial and residential multi-tenant buildings are not often viewed as prime examples of the use of visitor systems to monitor and track guest entry and exit.

Although it may seem difficult to deal with many different tenants and managing visitors for these types of facilities, the truth is that like many other types of environments it is important for organizations to understand who is entering the building and what their purpose is.

Multi-tenant facilities can definitely benefit from the use of badge software to track visitors, knowing who they are visiting, the purpose of their visit, and whether they have checked out.

EasyLobby visitor management software makes it easy to work with a variety of tenants and work smoothly in both commercial and residential multi-tenant environments, regardless of their size.

In commercial multi-tenant environments our ID badge system can be used to automatically produce unique badge templates for each tenant. Each visitor badge can have the company name and logo, floor number and any other number of customized items on the badge for guests going to their offices.

In residential multi-tenant facilities our visitor system can track the delivery of packages and monitor and assign parking spots. In combination with automatic alerts, the resident can be sent a text message that a package has arrived and is waiting for pickup in the lobby. The same type of alert can be used when a guest arrives to notify the tenant that a guest is waiting for them in the lobby.

With our pre visitor registration feature, individual tenants can pre-register guests that they know will be arriving, which can simplify guest sign in. If desired, the pre-registration can be required for all guests entering the building so that tenants only receive guests that they have invited.

The use of badge ID software greatly enhances visitor security, improves lobby management, and advances the professionalism of the facility as being well run and organized.

Read an EasyLobby success story of an installation of our visitor tracking software in a residential multi-tenant property at Plaza South Condominiums in Fort Lauderdale.

For commercial multi-tenant properties, read about our installation at One Gateway Center or The American General Center.

How to Create Visitor Badges That Are Most Useful For Your Environment

Monday, October 10, 2011 by John Murzycki

Badge Software

Creating a visitor badge for every guest who enters your facilities is a great way to improve visitor security and enhance the reputation of your organization as one that is well-run and concerned about its guests and employees.

A pen and paper guest sign in lacks professionalism and has glaring problems for today's lobby management.

So how can you maximize the use of using visitor passes so that they are most effective in your particular environment?

Because a visitor ID badge should contain the type of information that is most helpful to identify the guest and ensure they are where they should be in your facilities, here is a list of items that you should consider when developing badge templates:
  • Include the check in time and expected check out time on each badge. This corresponds to the "from" "to" time on visitor check in.
  • Put the name of the employee that the guest is visiting, and possibly the photo of the employee. Also add the location (such as floor or conference room) that the guest is expected to visit.
  • Highlight on the badge whether the guest is required to be escorted by an employee.
  • Put a photo of the visitor on the badge by scanning it from their license or taking a photo with a web cam.
  • Barcodes printed on a visitor pass can be used for a number of important reasons. They enhance check out by speeding the process; they can be used to determine if the visitor is allowed access to more secure areas of the facility, as determined by the clearance level granted to them during the time of their check; and with EasyLobby's access control integration, the visitor ID badges can be used to open doors controlled by the access control system.
  • The use of a self-expiring badge allows you to determine if a badge is from a previous day. These badges bleed through a red stop sign after 6 hours.
  • Use a different color on badges for each day of the week. It's another way to highlight if the badge was issued on a particular day rather than a previous day.
  • Create different styles of badges for different categories of visitors such as contractors versus temporary employees, versus day visitors, or whatever category is important for you to highlight.
  • Use an employee pre-registration feature to allow employees to register guests before they arrive. This saves time collecting visitor information during visitor sign in.
  • Give careful consideration to the most important fields you wish to display on a visitor badge. Is company affiliation important? Do you want to include the business title of the guest? What about the purpose of their visit? Basically just about any fields that you complete during visitor check in can be put onto a visitor badge. Just be sure that it enhances how you are managing visitors and identifying visitors at your facilities.
EasyLobby visitor software can accommodate many different options when creating a visitor pass to ensure it is both functional and professional.

How to Format Visitor Passes for Different Categories of Visitors

Tuesday, October 4, 2011 by John Murzycki

Visitor Pass

Badge ID software gives you a wide choice of options when configuring and designing visitor badges.

Developing different badge templates for various categories of visitors is often helpful. You can choose the category of visitor that is appropriate to your environment - contractor, day visitor, customers, interns, etc.

A different ID badge template for each category is a good technique to allow you to easily identify visitors of a particular segment.

Here's how to accomplish this in EasyLobby visitor software:
  • Decide which visitor category you want to format badges.
  • Decide the different design elements you want to include in that badge category - color, photos, text, visitor data fields, and other elements.
  • In EasyLobby's visitor management software go to the 'Edit / Badge Options' menu. After choosing your site and your station from the site and station drop down boxes, pick the visitor category from the category drop down box.
  • Choose a badge template from the 'badge' drop down box, or choose 'customize' to use the free-form tool in our badge maker software to design your own badge. Click 'apply' when satisfied. Choose preview to view the badge. If satisfied, choose 'OK'.
  • Repeat the above steps choosing another category of visitor.
During guest sign in the visitor badge that you've chosen for that particular category will print.

Now is a Good Time to Evaluate Your Lobby System

Friday, September 23, 2011 by John Murzycki

Badge Maker Software

If you want to improve the security of your facilities, as well as the professionalism of your organization (and who doesn't), now is the time to review how you are managing visitors that enter your building.

Clearly, organizations that use professional visitor software are able to better safeguard their facilities and people, as well as maintain the image of a professional and well-run organization.

The reason is simple. A visitor registration system allows you to understand who is entering your buildings and the reasons for their visit.

Organizations of any size can apply basic visitor registration procedures to ensure they are able to identify and track every visitor to their facilities. Here are a few suggestions:

Use color coded visitor badges to quickly identify the type of visitor (such as contractor, intern, day visitor, etc,) and decide whether the visitor needs to be escorted by an employee.

Use your visitor system to print barcodes on visitor passes. This greatly speeds visitor check out. It also allows the guest to re-use that visitor pass the next time they visit. They can be checked in with a simple scan of the badge because the system will have the record of their previous guest sign in.

Decide if you want a photo of the visitor, either scanned from a visitor ID such as a driver's license or taken by a web camera during visitor sign in. You can also place this photo on badge templates so that it is included with each visitor badge.

Use watch lists to screen against unwanted visitors, and screen visitors against each states' sex offender database or Government Denied Parties database.

Use alerts as part of your badge software so that you can take action when a specific event has occurred. This allows you to better manage visitor action. For example, you may want a contractor to take a safety test after their third visit, or a potential partner to sign a non-disclosure agreement after their second visit. You can set those parameters on your visitor tracking software to easily accomplish this.

Periodically review the information that you capture from guests with your visitor management software. Is it the type of information that is most useful to you?

Finally, use reports to analyze visitor activity and fine-tune your system.

EasyLobby Secure Visitor Management (SVM) allows you to use all of the above solutions, plus many others.

Options for Visitor Passes at Your Facilities

Tuesday, August 23, 2011 by John Murzycki

EasyLobby ID card software can provide you with numerous options when considering the use of visitor badges at your facilities.

Visitor badges worn by all guests who enter your facilities are the most visible aspect of visitor registration and guest sign in. So it's imperative that you make these badges look professional but also contain the information that will be most helpful to you and your security team.

EasyLobby's badge maker software lets you print a visitor ID badge with color coding so that you can easily tell the category of the visitor by the color coded badge. You can even change the color every day so that you are able to easily identify an expired badge.

Barcodes printed on visitor badges let you scan the badge for rapid check out. For frequent visitors, you can provide a permanent badge that has a barcode so that you can scan it in, and automatically check in the visitor without any other steps when they re-enter the facility.

Some organizations put visitor sign in information on one area of the badge - information such as visitor name, title, company, etc.

Placing the visitor's photo on the badge is also a good option. You can capture the visitor's photo during check-in by scanning their license, passport, or by taking a photo with a webcam.

Whatever your choice of badge templates, EasyLobby visitor management software allows you to design badges that are unique to your organization.

Badge Software Problems and Solutions: The Feasibility of Using it at Multi-Tenant Facilities

Thursday, August 18, 2011 by John Murzycki

Visitor Registration for Multi-Tenant Facilities

Buildings with many different commercial or residential tenants may not be viewed as a prime location to use visitor registration software. So let's explore that issue in today's problems and solutions article.

Problem:  Is it practical to check in visitors with an ID badge system at a multi-tenant facility with many different commercial or residential customers?

Solution:  While it might appear to be difficult to provide visitor badges for guests arriving at a multi-tenant facility with many different tenants, it is quite similar to using a visitor registration system at a facility with a single organization.

The key is that the system needs to work smoothly and easily with a variety of different tenants so that you can easily identify which tenant the guest is visiting.

EasyLobby solutions are used at some of the largest multi-tenant buildings in the country. The fact is, regardless of the size of the facility, or the number of different tenants, a visitor system can improve security to the building and enhance the professionalism of greeting visitors as they arrive in the lobby.

When using visitor management for a commercial multi-tenant facility you want to be able to customize the badge templates to produce a unique design for each tenant. Visitor passes can be printed with the tenants logo, company name, floor number, and any other number of customized techniques on the badge.

Having badge ID software that allows you to develop pre-defined badge templates help you easily choose one of them when a visitor arrives for say XYZ company. This way there's no delay or design work that needs to be done at the time of guest check in. Whenever a visitor for XYZ company arrives, you select that company on a drop-down list and an ID badge template customized for XYZ company is automatically selected and printed.

Many multi-tenant properties use a feature of our system that allows them to track packages and assets that are either delivered or loaned out from the front desk. Our package and asset management tool is a standard option in our visitor software.

Using EasyLobby eAdvance - a web based pre-registration option, individual tenants can pre-register guests they know will be arriving, further simplifying the check in process. In fact, at some multi-tenant properties that is the only way guests are allowed into the building.

Our system of automatic email alerts can also be used to notify the tenant when a guest arrives and is waiting for them in the lobby.

Read a success story of an EasyLobby installation in use at a residential multi-tenant property at Plaza South Condominiums in Fort Lauderdale.

Problems and Solutions using Visitor Systems: Can I use it for Time & Attendance?

Monday, August 8, 2011 by John Murzycki

A Time & Attendance function is something often needed by organizations, so it's only natural that customers ask us about using their EasyLobby visitor system for time and attendance.

We'll deal with that topic in today's problem and solution article.

Problem:  If I use visitor software to check in and check out individuals such as employees, contractors, temporary employees, interns and others, can I use that information for time and attendance?

Solution:  EasyLobby's badge software can also be used as an employee time and attendance function.

It's a relatively easy process. All you need to do is to import all employee names into the visitor management software. There are several ways to accomplish this. Call our technical support center if you need assistance with this step.

Design an ID badge template with a barcode for all guests or employees that you wish to record the time and attendance so that you can scan them in and out. It's then a simple step to provide a barcoded badge or proximity card to those employees or guests.

The time that the employee or guest is onsite is recorded in the EasyLobby visitor tracking software. You are able to either access a report with these details or export that information using a number of different formats into other systems.

Some of our customers use the time and attendance feature for all employees and others use it to record the time for temporary employees and contractors. In fact, one customer has realized considerable savings by being able to document time and attendance of contractors and to issue payments based on the actual onsite time.

Another customer in the food transportation business has used this feature to avoid unwarranted delay fees charged by other trucking companies that loaded or offloaded materials in their facilities.

Time and attendance is just one of the many different features that can be used with the EasyLobby visitor registration system. There are many others.

Visitor Badge Problems and Solutions: How to Decide What Information and Badge Format Is Best

Friday, August 5, 2011 by John Murzycki

visitor management software

Because visitor badges are the most visible aspect of a visitor system, customers often ask us a lot of questions about formatting badges and the information they should include on them.

We'll deal with that issue in today's problems and solutions article.

Problem:  Is there a recommended style and information to include on visitor passes?

Solution:  Just as each organization is different with its own unique situation and requirements, so are our recommendations for different types of visitor ID badges.

Because we recognize the varied interests of different organizations, EasyLobby includes in its badge maker software a number of badge templates that you can choose from based on your individual interests in highlighting different visitor information on the badge.

We also include a custom design tool that allows you to layout and place whatever information you choose. Basically any data that you gather during visitor check in can be included on a badge.

Here are a number of primary visitor badge formatting options for you to consider.

Create different badge designs for different categories of visitors. The badges for contractors, for example, can be different from those of a day visitor, or volunteer, or parent - whatever categories of visitors that reflect your situation.

Color code your badges for different days of the week. This allows you to easily identify if a visitor pass has been issued that day.

Include a barcode on badges. Read our recent blog about using barcodes.

Include a picture of the visitor on the badge, scanned from their license during guest sign in or taken with a web camera.

Here are some common data fields that are often included in badge formats:
  • check in time and date
  • expiration time of the badge
  • restrictions - such as 'employee escort required'
  • area of the facility the guest is expected to visit, such as second floor conference room
  • category of visitor
  • visitor name, title and company affiliation
  • the name and photo of the employee they are visiting
  • your company's name and logo - for branding purposes
It all comes down to what is most important to you in identifying visitors and being able to determine from their visitor ID badge if they are at a place in your facility that they should be.

Visitor registration helps you manage visitors more professionally and improves security by identifying who is in your buildings and the reasons why. There are a number of other features to help with this process, but knowing what information to include on a visitor badge is an important step.

Problems and Solutions Using Visitor Badges: The Benefit of Using Barcodes

Visitor Passes

Customers often ask about the benefit of printing a barcode on a visitor pass. Is it a good idea? What function do they perform?

We'll examine that issue in today's article about visitor systems.

Problem:  I don't really see the point of including a barcode on a visitor badge. What purpose does it serve?

Solution:  Barcodes offer a number of advantages, and are often overlooked when designing your ID badge template.

Because the EasyLobby badge ID software allows you to easily design badge templates, the capability to include barcodes on visitor badges is an easy process.

The use of barcodes allow you to quickly scan out a visitor when they are leaving the facility. The scan automatically signs out the guest. This can be especially beneficial in a busy lobby, saving time as a guest leaves. The lobby attendant simply scans the badge and the visitor is checked out. No other action is required.

Barcodes also help in the visitor registration process by quickly checking in frequent visitors. You can grant a permanent badge that can be scanned during guest sign in when they re-enter the facility. The EasyLobby system will recognize the barcode and check them in without the need for further collection of visitor ID data since that has already taken place on their original check in.

Barcodes also help control and monitor entry and exit at one or more internal check points for visitors who have already been badged at an EasyLobby visitor system in the main lobby.

Upon arrival at an internal check point the visitor badge with a barcode is scanned and the EasyLobby Satellite™ station will display the visitor's photo, name and clearance level and immediately inform the operator whether to allow the visitor entry into that area or whether to deny entry.  The clearance level is assigned to each visitor when they are badged at the main lobby.

Because EasyLobby's visitor badge software creates a unique barcode for every visitor you don't have to be concerned about the creation of barcodes. You simply designate the inclusion of barcodes in the badge design template.

Visitor Software Problems and How to Solve Them: The Software is Too Complex

Wednesday, July 20, 2011 by John Murzycki

Badge ID software

There's no question that using a paper guest book for visitor sign in is a simple and easy process for managing visitors.

But is it really effective?

One reason some organizations still use paper is because they believe that an electronic visitor management system is too complex. We'll deal with that problem and solution in today's blog.

Problem:  Visitor management software is too difficult to use; I'll have to spend an exorbitant amount of time training my lobby staff; and it will cost a great deal to support. I'll need to hire additional technical support people just to use it.

Solution:  It's important not to confuse feature-rich with complex. EasyLobby visitor systems have many options and features that you can use, but it's not difficult to set up or for anyone to perform the basic functions of checking in a visitor.

We like to say that it is much like Microsoft Word, which many people regularly use. It has many features, but unless you want to use all of them it's pretty simple to perform the primary tasks.

EasyLobby visitor registration software minimizes complexity in a number of ways. For example, there's the log-in level. Users can be assigned different levels based on their function. You can sign in as a site administrator, which gives you access to all the features and functions of the system, while your lobby staff can be provided with "operator" log-ins, which limits what they are able to perform and also simplifies it for them.

As the administrator, you can "hide" many of the screens and menu options that the operator doesn't need. In this way the lobby attendants only see the primary screens that they would use for visitor registration and to provide guests with a visitor pass.

You, as the administrator decide what information will be on a visitor badge and what the design of it will look like. EasyLobby has hundreds of pre-defined badge templates that you can choose from, or you can design your own with a design tool. You can even use different styles of visitor passes for different categories of visitors.

When that category of visitor checks in with a lobby attendant, the look of the badge has already been established by you. The lobby attendant scans a visitor ID such as a driver's license or business card, selects the category of visitor from a drop down menu and prints a badge. It's that simple.

During guest sign in at an EasyLobby visitor system, the lobby attendant's task is simplified because they only need to scan a driver's license, and depending on the information that you choose to require, make those selections with a drop down menu. And then print the visitor ID badge.

EasyLobby also offers free technical support with an annual maintenance contract. It allows you access to our support staff to ask any questions about setting up or using the software for your needs.

We also provide free online training for anyone who requires an overview to the different functions of our visitor system. We can even provide training for your lobby attendants or support staff.

The great thing about our visitor badge software is that it's simple to use and it's much more effective at enhancing visitor security and the professionalism of managing visitors at your facilities.

In about 30 minutes we will demonstrate the lobby system features that are best for your environment.

So don't use the excuse that it's too complex before you see it in action.
