Easylobby's Visitor Registration System Allows You to Capture an Electronic Signature during Visitor Sign In

Friday, November 13, 2009 by John Murzycki

One of the features of EasyLobby's Visitor Management System is its ability to capture an electronic copy of a guest's signature.

This feature is helpful for our customers who require their visitors to read and acknowledge an agreement to certain documents such as a non-disclosure agreement, rules and regulations documents, or any other material requiring a signed acknowledgment by the visitor.

EasyLobby SVM (Secure Visitor Management) is the main application for processing visitors, including ID scanning, record creation, badge printing, check in and check out. The visitor control software includes the ability to capture multiple copies of an electronic signature from any visitor.

EasyLobby uses the Topaz Signature Capture Pad, using electromagnetic technology with an active pen. With EasyLobby SVM, the visitor's signature is recorded in our visitor log software as part of the visitor record, along with the name of the document that was read and agreed to.

Along with electronic signature capture, EasyLobby's visitor monitoring software can also automatically capture: a visitor's photo from either their license, passport or with a webcam; any information from a business card or other identification; or any other customized data you wish to acquire.

You can then print any of the information that you have obtained on the visitor ID badges.

For more information on our visitor registration software, sign up for our free, no-obligation online web conference. During this 30 minute presentation you will learn more about the many features and capabilities of our system.
