One of the more interesting security features of EasyLobby's visitor software is the ability to create Watch Lists to highlight specific visitors who may want to enter your facilities.
Our visitor system alerts you in seconds during guest sign in when someone is on your Watch List.
Watch Lists can be used to alert you about the arrival of either someone you do not want in your facility, such as a disgruntled former employee, a competitor, an unwanted contractor, or maybe a malicious person.
Conversely, a Watch List can be used during visitor registration to highlight the arrival or a VIP such as a member of the Board of Directors, an investor, or a strategic partner.
So you can have individuals on either a "good person" watch list or a "bad person" watch list.
Either way, a Watch List is an important feature to incorporate into any visitor management software system. And it's easy to set-up in EasyLobby visitor tracking software.
Some organizations want to further enhance visitor management by being alerted to visitors on each state's sex offender database or the Government Denied Parties Databases. Schools and government facilities often employ either of these services with EasyLobby to screen guests prior to providing a visitor badge.
So even though visitor passes are the most visible aspect of our ID badge system, features such as a Watch List are an important aspect of lobby management and enhancing visitor security.
