Learning About Visitor Management Solutions

For those of you in the New York City area, we hope to see you at the ASIS NYC Security Expo being held this Thursday, May 12, 2011 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center.

EasyLobby will be demonstrating our visitor management software at the show. We'll be exhibiting in booth #310.

At the New York ASIS event we will demonstrate how to create professional visitor badges by scanning a driver's license or other form of visitor ID.

Once a license is scanned, we will demonstrate how to put any or all of that visitor information, including the photo, on a visitor pass.

We'll also demonstrate how there is much more to visitor management than creating a visitor ID badge.

A few of the many features in our lobby system include: watch lists to guard against unwanted visitors; employee pre-registration through a web-based tool; access control integration to provide proximity card access to guests; numerous alerts that allow you to take action based on visitor behavior; and sex offender screening or Government Denied Party screening.
