Learning About Visitor Management Solutions

EasyLobby Satellite™ is an option to our visitor monitoring software which allows users to impose a higher level of visitor security at internal checkpoints.

This solution lets you control and monitor entry and exit at any internal location for visitors who have already been badged at an EasyLobby visitor registration system in the lobby or other entry points.

Satellite™ is appropriate for organizations that want to limit access to sensitive areas of their facilities. This feature is part of the suite of EasyLobby visitor management solutions that are used to manage the entry and exit of visitors throughout a facility.

An operator at the front lobby uses EasyLobby SVM (Secure Visitor Management) to assign a clearance level to each visitor during visitor sign in.

Upon arrival at the internal checkpoint, barcodes on visitor ID badges are scanned. The Satellite™ station will display the visitor's photo, name and clearance level and display whether the visitor should be allowed entry into that area or whether to deny entry.
