EasyLobby Administrator™ is an enterprise-class, central administration software console for your visitor registration system.

It provides all of the functionality for managing your EasyLobby visitor management system. It is installed on a Windows workstation - typically at the security manager's computer.

Among its many features includes the ability to create and manage the templates of your organization's visitor ID badges.

Administrator
™ allows you to create and manage all of your User accounts for the guards or receptionists that will be operating EasyLobby Secure Visitor Management badging software in each lobby. You can also use it to manage all settings and options on each EasyLobby badging station.

As a visitor monitoring software tool, many of our customers use Administrator™ for real-time monitoring and reporting across the entire organization, or for specific sites or stations.

In general, Administrator™ provides the same feature set for visitor management security as EasyLobby SVM, with the exception that you cannot create visitor records or print visitor badges.
