New Enhancements in EasyLobby Secure Visitor Management Systems

The latest version of EasyLobby visitor registration software has been available for awhile now, and customers, on a case by case basis, have decided to upgrade to the new version.

Version 10.0 of SVM (Secure Visitor Management) is our latest revision. It has a number of new and enhanced features, some of which are listed here:
  • Employee time and attendance capabilities are now included in the visitor monitoring software.
  • Conference room assignment.
  • Categories and reasons by site.
  • Password change rules.
  • Barcode nomenclature rules.
  • Lost and found form.
  • Parking and inventory management are dramatically enhanced.
  • A completely new version of eAdvance (employee pre-registration of guests) is included with this version of the visitor registration system. This version has barcodes in confirmation emails and the ability to specify rules-based approval.
  • More user definable fields in the visitor monitoring software.
  • Visitor sign in and check out alerts are programmable.
  • Package support for UPS, FedEx and USPS with tracking numbers.
Version 10.0 of our visitor control software has additional features, but these are the most notable.
