New Enhancements in EasyLobby Secure Visitor Management Systems

The latest version of EasyLobby visitor registration software has been available for awhile now, and customers, on a case by case basis, have decided to upgrade to the new version.

Version 10.0 of SVM (Secure Visitor Management) is our latest revision. It has a number of new and enhanced features, some of which are listed here:

Employee time and attendance capabilities are now included in the visitor monitoring software.
Conference room assignment.
Categories and reasons by site.
Password change rules.
Barcode nomenclature rules.
Lost and found form.
Parking and inventory management are dramatically enhanced.
A completely new version of eAdvance (employee pre-registration of guests) is included with this version of the visitor registration system. This version has barcodes in confirmation emails and the ability to specify rules-based approval.
More user definable fields in the visitor monitoring software.
Visitor sign in and check out alerts are programmable.
Package support for UPS, FedEx and USPS with tracking numbers.
