Security publication SDM Magazine published an article on visitor management security from the perspective of the system integrator and security dealer in their June 2010 issue.

The article highlighted many important points of visitor registration software. Two of EasyLobby integrators were quoted extensively in the article - Schneider Electric and Johnson Controls.

Quoting from the article: "Increasingly, end users are coming to dealers and integrators wanting more from their visitor management system. Much more. And integrators are filling that need with new technologically advanced systems that not only integrate the visitor control software with access control, but with external databases and more."

"One of the most advanced (and attractive) features of a visitor registration system is its ability to tie in to sex offender, no-fly and driver's license databases."

The article went on to say, "A recent white paper by EasyLobby estimated that, as of 2008, only 10 percent of access control systems were integrated with visitor monitoring software. But integrators and dealers are starting to see that number shift."
