Many EasyLobby customers use the Watch List feature in our visitor monitoring software to add a higher degree of security to their visitor management techniques. Using this feature allows you to be alerted if the visitor's name matches a person who is on a Watch List.
There are several ways you can employ Watch Lists within your visitor registration software. An administrator or manager can add a name to the Watch List. Upon visitor sign in, if there is a match our visitor registration system will warn the lobby attendant or security guard that a person with that data matches someone on the Watch List.
The Watch List can be used to highlight attention to visitors, whether it is good attention or bad attention. For example, you can improve how you are managing visitors by having a Watch List that alerts the lobby attendant when a guest is a VIP such as a Board of Directors member, investor, strategic partner, etc. The lobby attendant can then give this guest positive attention, or notify the President or others of the person's arrival.
The Watch List can be used to highlight an unwanted person, such as someone not allowed in the building - a terminated employee, a stalker, or other malicious person. Placing both good and bad people on this list improves your lobby security and overall lobby management of guests. You can then grant a special security visitor badge to the VIP or give them other preferential treatment. Similarly, you can deny entry and alert security about an unwanted guest.
We also offer a real-time, online sex offender screening service which displays results in just 2 seconds when a match occurs. We tie into a national sex offender registry database. Using our visitor management system, when someone signs in for entry to your facility, a window pops up on the screen warning that a person with that data is in the sex offender database. In most cases a photo of the offender is part of the data that comes up on the screen.
Sex offender registry is frequently an option used in K-12 schools and universities to decide whether to issue a school visitor badge to a person requesting entry to a school facility.
Government organizations using our visitor registration system often use the option of an online screening of 50 Government Denied Party database in partnership with eCustoms and MK Data.
Using Watch Lists is one additional technique of our visitor control software that allows you to provide secure visitor management.
