In order to ensure your supply of visitor passes doesn’t run out, it’s important to order more before you reach that critical point. Depending on how many visitors you process a week, your visitor pass reorder level may range from as low as 2 rolls to as many as 20 rolls or more.

Badge stock is heavy and normally ships via ground. We are happy to ship on your FedEx or UPS account if you prefer. If you need badges sent via overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day please note it on your order. We always keep a small amount of our different badges in stock and usually ship out same day for express badge orders received by 4:30 PM Eastern.

To help control your shipping costs, if you need badges sent via overnight we recommend having one or two rolls/packs sent overnight and the remainder of your order shipped via ground.

Another way to maintain a steady supply of badges is to schedule a regular monthly label shipment with us.

Watch Lists Improve Security and Help Identify Key Visitors

Manage Assets and Your Lobby Lost and Found with EasyLobby

Asset management for some organizations consists of a hand-written paper log, while the 'lost and found' consists of a box hidden behind the front desk and no log at all.

Often, paper logs can be incomplete, illegible or inaccurate. A lost and found without any system at all can lead to someone claiming the wrong item, items getting misplaced, and the desk attendant not knowing if an item has been claimed and by whom.

1)      Determine if you will be using a PO or paying via credit card.

If you will be ordering with credit card, please call 781-455-8558 or email
sales@easylobby.com and we can email you our credit card authorization form or take your information right over the phone. Then submit your order.

If you will be submitting a PO, just submit your order and we’ll handle the rest.

2)      Submit your order via email to sales@easylobby.com or via fax to: 781-455-6766.

Be sure to include the ship to address and desired method of shipping (ie. ground, overnight, third party, etc.). Most orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt and once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have paid with a credit card, an electronic receipt of the transaction will also be emailed to you.
