Badge stock is heavy and normally ships via ground. We are happy to ship on your FedEx or UPS account if you prefer. If you need badges sent via overnight, 2^nd day or 3^rd day please note it on your order. We always keep a small amount of our different badges in stock and usually ship out same day for express badge orders received by 4:30 PM Eastern.

To help control your shipping costs, if you need badges sent via overnight we recommend having one or two rolls/packs sent overnight and the remainder of your order shipped via ground.

Another way to maintain a steady supply of badges is to schedule a regular monthly label shipment with us.

At the EasyLobby front desk we regularly help clients order and re-order their security visitor badges. Visitor ID badges are one of our most popular items, and an important part of any visitor registration system.

Because badge stock is heavy, we ship your badges to you via FedEx ground unless your order specifically indicates a different shipping method. We are happy to work with you to ensure you receive your order when you need it and most orders will ship within 24 hours.

We are also able to set up regular drop-ship orders for customers who would like to schedule regular security visitor badge shipments.

Some visitor ID badges (EL 6918, Dymo 30910 and Dymo 30911) come in cases of 10 rolls per/case. In order to keep your shipping as cost effective as possible, we recommend ordering these rolls by the case.

Whether this is your first order for our award-winning visitor management system, or your lobby security team is reordering security visitor badges for your company, placing an order is easy with EasyLobby.

Simply follow these steps:

1)      Determine if you will be using a PO or paying via credit card.

If you will be ordering with credit card, please call 781-455-8558 or email sales@easylobby.com and we can email you our credit card authorization form or take your information right over the phone. Then submit your order.

If you will be submitting a PO, just submit your order and we’ll handle the rest.

2)      Submit your order via email to sales@easylobby.com or via fax to: 781-455-6766.

Be sure to include the ship to address and desired method of shipping (ie. ground, overnight, third party, etc.). Most orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt and once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have paid with a credit card, an electronic receipt of the transaction will also be emailed to you.
