An unwanted visitor can easily be added to the watch list by an approved operator/administrator. When the individual on the watch list checks-in at the front desk, an alert will appear and the attendant will know to refuse entry.  

EasyLobby can be set to send an email notification of the attempted entry of the unwanted visitor to the administrator.

In EasyLobby, the watch list feature can also be used to identify VIPs. When a VIP checks-in, the front desk will see an alert on screen to let them know the action needed and the appropriate person to contact regarding the guest’s visit.

An alert for a VIP can specify if an escort is required or if the visitor should be granted access to a special area of the facilities. Notifications of the VIP’s entry can also be automatically emailed to the administrator or other key personnel.
