Now Is A Good Time To Review Your Visitor System

Tuesday, November 22, 2011 by John Murzycki

ID Badge System

When was the last time you evaluated the effectiveness of your visitor registration system?

At many facilities the answer is, "Far too long."

But there are many opportunities for improving the way you are managing visitors that will both improve visitor security and enhance the professionalism of your organization. And you should periodically take advantage of the opportunity to do so.

First of all, if you are still using a paper guest book for visitor sign in, then you are definitely not getting the most out of your visitor management techniques.

EasyLobby badge software provides a great deal of flexibility and customization, allowing you to capture exactly the information you need, knowing who is in your buildings and why. You also will be able to improve the processes for dealing with visitors.

It's a good idea to evaluate the visitor software functions that you are using, and which ones you are not. Here's a brief list of things to evaluate and consider:

What information are you including on visitor badges? Do you include a barcode for easy check out with a simple scan? What about the visitor's photo scanned from their driver's license or taken with a web camera? Remember, the visitor badge is one of the most visible aspects of visitor registration, so take every opportunity to make sure it is professional as well as functional.

What alerts are you using? Visitor systems allow you to incorporate a wide variety of alerts so that you are notified of specific visitor activity. One example is an alert on expired badges so that you know when a badge has expired but the visitor has not yet checked out.

How are you screening unwanted visitors? Do you create watch lists in your lobby system so that the attendant can be alerted about someone trying to check in that you do not want to enter your facilities. These might include disgruntled former employees, unwanted contractors, someone from a competing company or any other categories.

Have you integrated your visitor management with your access control system? This will allow you to provide temporary proximity card access to guests and contractors through your visitor system.

Do you produce reports to analyze visitor activity? This is a great way to determine if there are trends that will allow you to operate more effectively or improve lobby security.

These are some of the visitor management software improvements that you may want to consider. Find out more by registering for a free online web conference.

What Security Dealers and Integrators Need to Understand about Badge Software

Wednesday, November 16, 2011 by John Murzycki

Lobby Visitor Management

EasyLobby recently authored an article in the November 2011 issue of industry publication Security Sales & Integration titled "Round Our Your Line With Visitor Management."

It's sort of a 'how to article' for security dealers and integrators who might not currently be carrying visitor systems as part of their product line.

Here are a few quotes from the article.

"The fact is, providing a visitor management system in your product line can add a great deal of value and complement existing security products.

"Although a paper guest book for guest sign in may be considered quick and easy, it is fraught with a number of security problems and diminishes the professionalism of an organization.

"To address these issues, security dealers and integrators are able to fill a need by recommending and in some cases administrating, visitor software for their clients.

"Dealers and integrators must consider the integration of any security system with other systems and how they operate in concert. That's where a professional visitor system comes into play.

"The integration of visitor registration software with electronic access control allows a lobby attendant to easily and safely provide temporary proximity credentials to visitors rather than doing so through the access control system. This simplifies the process and allows someone unfamiliar with the access system to provide temporary card privileges to visitors.

"Access control and visitor registration integration allows appropriate visitors to move freely through facilities without the need of an employee escort. The information entered into the lobby system during visitor check-in is seamlessly passed to the access control system.

"Screening unwanted visitors from a facility is also one of the functions of visitor tracking software. By creating watch lists in the electronic visitor management system, a lobby attendant or security officer will be alerted within seconds when someone on the list tries to enter the facility at a visitor check-in station.

"Although lobby attendants are often used to check in visitors with badge ID software, visitor self-registration is also an option. Either a freestanding kiosk or the use of an iPad or tablet computer can be used to allow guests to register themselves by completing required fields, much like the self-check-in employed at most airlines today.

"The good thing about visitor management software is that it is appropriate for just about every environment, from small to large."

How Visitor Software Can Protect K-12 Students - A Case Study

Monday, November 14, 2011 by John Murzycki

Lobby Management Software for Schools

The Union Gap School District in Union Gap, Washington is one of the many K-12 schools that protects students from unwanted guests by using EasyLobby badge ID software.

One of the reasons Union Gap School District installed a visitor system was to alert lobby attendants to any visitors who are on each states' sex offender database.

School administrators are understandably careful about protecting their students from possible predators, which was a primary motivation for the installation of visitor tracking software.

All guests entering the school must present a visitor ID with a photo such as a driver's license. The ID is scanned to capture the information and to create a professional visitor pass.

Like many other schools, Union Gap decided to do away with a paper guest book for guest sign in, replacing it with a modern, professional approach to managing visitors.

Now, upon visitor check in, if the guest is listed on any states' sex offender database a warning will alert the attendant.

"If it protects one child it's well worth the money that we spent on it," said Kurt Hilyard, Union Gap School District Superintendent. "Safety in school has changed over the last 10 - 20 years and now it's one of the most important things you can do in a facility."

EasyLobby visitor registration is used at hundreds of K-12 schools throughout the country to improve visitor security and to protect students.

Union Gap officials explain that visitor registration software is a cheap insurance policy for their most precious possession.

Read an article and watch a video from TV station KIMA about the EasyLobby badge software in place at the Union Gap School District.

The Value of Using Reports in Visitor Registration Software

Wednesday, November 9, 2011 by John Murzycki

Visitor Tracking Software

A good report generation tool is an important element of any visitor registration system.

It lets you analyze current and historical visitor information to help you improve how you are managing visitors and to highlight trends that might hamper visitor security and lobby management.

So before choosing a visitor system be sure you are able to easily analyze and report on guest sign in activity across the enterprise by a variety of different measurements.

EasyLobby visitor management software has 77 built-in report templates that you can easily select from a drop-down menu. You can then tailor any of these reports to highlight exactly the type of information most pertinent to your facilities.

A few examples of reports that you can choose from include templates based on visitor, employee, package, reason, visitor registration station, asset, watch lists, and many other choices.

Once a report is generated it can be printed, emailed or saved in a variety of formats, including comma or tab separated values, MS Word, MS Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, paginated text, etc.

During an emergency or evacuation the ability to simply and easily call up a report is particularly important. A 'current visitors' report can be generated with a simple mouse click and sent to appropriate personnel such as emergency responders.

This feature of our visitor software allows many users to comply with their emergency evacuation plan.

Find out more about report generation as well as the many other features of our badge software by registering for a free, personalized online web conference.

In about 30 minutes we will demonstrate the importance of using visitor badges as an overall program for visitor management.

Why You Should Use Visitor Management Software Throughout Your Organization, Including Remote Locations

Tuesday, November 8, 2011 by John Murzycki

ID Badge System

Organizations often focus on the main entry point or the lobby of their facilities as the place to use visitor software. But there are more locations to consider.

It may be time to review your use of visitor registration with a plan to use it to for multiple points of entry and field offices.

If your organization has many different entry points such as loading docks, delivery entrances, and other doors, you can benefit from additional visitor management stations to scan a visitor ID such as a driver's license and providing visitor passes for everyone entering the facilities.

Best practices for badge ID software include identifying and creating visitor badges for all visitors at each and every entry point to your buildings.

With multiple entry points you can create a centralized database in your visitor tracking software for monitoring, analyzing and reporting on visitor activity throughout the enterprise.

Also, although many organizations use badge software in their main facility, they often overlook using it in their field offices.

Smaller, remote locations can benefit by using visitor systems just as much as the main facility. In fact, the same watch lists can be used in remote locations to flag unwanted people, thereby highlighting their possible entry throughout company facilities.

Also, just like larger facilities, small facilities such as field offices can improve how their are perceived by visitors with the use of professional visitor registration software.

So when employing the use of ID card software to replace an outdated guest book for guest sign in, remember to use it throughout your facilities including other entry points and field offices.

The use of EasyLobby visitor badges can be used to create a professional, uniform approach to how you track and monitor visitors, contractors, temporary employees, and other guests throughout your organization.

How to use Proximity Cards with Visitor Passes

Monday, November 7, 2011 by John Murzycki

Visitor ID Badge
One of the options with a visitor system is the ability to activate proximity cards directly from the lobby system

This allows you to provide your guests with proximity cards directly through your lobby system so that they can open doors, elevators or turnstiles controlled by you access security system.

But the key here is that your visitor software must be integrated with the particular access control system that you are using.

EasyLobby visitor registration software is integrated with over 45 of the leading access control systems.

We use RF Ideas' pcProx Reader, pictured here, to activate and deactivate proximity cards from our visitor systems. This automates the process of activating the security visitor badges.

Rather than typing the prox card number into our visitor registration system during guest sign in, the lobby attendant only needs to tap the prox card on the reader and the prox card number is entered into our system to become active.

This pcProx Reader is compatible with over 300 million physical access proximity cards, allowing our users to turn the proximity cards into visitor badges that also open doors.

Then, when a visitor is leaving, the lobby attendant only has to tap the active prox card to the reader again to deactivate it and check out the visitor. The card cannot be used by unauthorized individuals but it can be reused and activated for a new visitor.

Our CEO, Howard Marson describes how we activate proximity cards in our visitor management system in this brief video produced by our partner RF Ideas. You can view the video here.

The Benefit of a Panic Button on your Visitor Software

Friday, October 28, 2011 by John Murzycki

A Panic Button With Visitor Systems

A useful feature of EasyLobby visitor registration software is a panic button that can be used by the lobby attendant to send an immediate message alerting designated people that there is a problem in the lobby.

This one-click function in your visitor system is an important safety and security feature, enabling lobby personnel to react and respond to unwanted events.

A panic button that's part of your lobby system allows you to respond quickly to unexpected events in your lobby and enhance the safety and security of your staff and for all guests.

Both the panic message and the recipients of the message can be easily pre-programmed in the EasyLobby visitor management software.

Features such as a panic button are one of the many benefits of visitor registration software over a paper guest book for visitor sign in.

Other benefits include comprehensive watch list feature for both internal lists and external databases such as sex offender screening; the ability to integrate with access control systems to provide proximity card access for guests; and the ability of employees to pre-register guests using a web-based form.

Ultimately, badge software gives you the ability to understand who is in your facilities and the purpose of their visit. With each guest wearing a professional visitor badge you are able to easily identify visitors and know whether they are in a location where they should be.

How to Control Access to Your Facilities with Visitor Tracking Software

Monday, October 17, 2011 by John Murzycki

ID card software

Knowing who is in your buildings and the reason why is a major reason for using professional visitor software.

That's why more organizations today are controlling access to their facilities with visitor registration. Professional lobby management not only improves security, it highlights that the organization cares about its visitors and employees.

Managing visitors professionally does not have to be an expensive proposition or unduly complicated or time consuming.

Professional visitor management begins at guest sign in. Replacing a paper guest book with badge software is the first step. This allows you to register a visitor with several easy steps:
  1. Scan a visitor ID such as a driver's license and capture the information including the photo.
  2. Capture additional information that is important to your organization in identifying the visitors, information such as company affiliation, employee being visited, category of visitor such as a contractor as opposed to a day visitor.
  3. Screen out unwanted visitors with Watch Lists or external lists such as each state's sex offender database or the Government Denied Parties Database.
  4. Provide a professional visitor badge that is customized to include the information most pertinent to you in identifying the visitor.
All this can take place in a matter of 30 seconds or less per visitor.

With visitor software you can also create alerts so that you can take certain actions based on visitor behavior, for instance, knowing when a visitor badge has expired but that person has not yet checked out.

For unattended lobbies visitor management can operate in a stand-alone kiosk mode for visitor self registration.

The use of a visitor system allows you to do much more than only creating visitor passes. EasyLobby visitor registration software is used at thousands of organizations around the world.

How To Improve Security Using Visitor Management Software

Friday, October 14, 2011 by John Murzycki

Electronic Visitor Management System

One of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to improve overall security at your facilities is by using visitor software.

A visitor registration system can screen, badge and track every outside visitor and contractor that enters your buildings.

When a guest enters your building the lobby attendant can scan a visitor ID such as a driver's license and create a professional visitor badge that includes their photo and any other information pertinent to your environment - information such as their business title, the area of the building they are visiting, whether an escort is required, the employee they are visiting, and depending on your needs, other useful information that helps you identify who that visitor is and whether they are at a location in the building where they should be.

You can also include the visitor's photo on the visitor pass, captured by scanning their license.

Keeping unwanted people out of your facilities is one of the functions of a visitor system. Watch lists such as each states' sex offender database and/or the Government Denied Parties database can be used as part of visitor registration software to alert you to visitors who are on those lists.

You can also create your own internal watch lists to put individuals or organizations that you want to flag if they attempt to check in to any of your buildings.

EasyLobby visitor management has a host of additional features that allow you to customize the system to fit your specific needs and requirements. Managing visitors professionally using badge software helps your image as an organization concerned about the safety of everyone in the building.

So the next time you pick up a pen during guest sign in to put your signature on a paper guest book, be sure to explain to them the benefits of using professional visitor registration to improve security.

How To Use Programmable Alerts With Visitor Registration Software

Thursday, October 13, 2011 by John Murzycki

visitor management

One of the advantages of using a visitor system to professionally manage and track visitors to your environment is the ability to receive alerts on specific visitor activities.

EasyLobby ID card software has a number of alerts built into the system that you can easily activate depending on your needs. These alerts include: visitor check in alert, maximum visitor alert, frequent visitor alert, new visitor alert, new package alert, expired badge alert, watch list alerts, and others.

All of these alerts are part of the EasyLobby visitor registration system and are easy to activate with the addition of the correct parameters for your particular needs. They are essentially built into the software.

Although these alerts are very beneficial and are used during visitor registration by many of our customers, they don't always fulfill very unique or specialized requirements.

That's why EasyLobby visitor management software also has the ability for users to program alerts based on very specific situations. This is a good example of the richness and flexibility of our software which allows you to manage visitors based on your needs and requirements.

Programmable alerts allow you to assign a specific value to visitor action during guest sign in, and to receive automatic notifications that this action should take place. It allows you to manage visitors more precisely.

Let's provide an example, which is the best way to demonstrate this function. Keep in mind that this is a very specific example, and the programmable alerts function can include a whole range of values assigned to actions.

So here's one example. You have four different areas in your building that visitors are allowed to enter. Each area is defined as a 'clearance' in one of the EasyLobby badge software fields. One of these areas is the manufacturing floor, and you require that all visitors wear a hard hat for safety reasons.

In the alert menu of the EasyLobby visitor software you can include a message that reads: "Must wear hard hat" or similar words. Now, when a visitor checks in at the lobby system to receive their visitor badge, the operator selects the clearance that pertains to an area of the building.

If the manufacturing area is selected during visitor sign in, an alert will appear warning the operator that the visitor must wear a hard hat.

Again, this is a very specific example of a programmable alert, but that's their purpose - to apply the use of alerts to very specific requirements.

Programmable alerts are one feature of EasyLobby's visitor management system that you can use to improve the professionalism of managing visitors in your environment.

To learn more about programmable alerts as well as many other features of EasyLobby's visitor systems, register for a free, personalized online web conference.

In about 30 minutes we will demonstrate the benefits of our visitor tracking software and how it can be used at your particular environment.

How Multi-Tenant Facilities Can Benefit from Visitor Software

Wednesday, October 12, 2011 by John Murzycki

Visitor Badges for Multi-Tenant Facilities

Commercial and residential multi-tenant buildings are not often viewed as prime examples of the use of visitor systems to monitor and track guest entry and exit.

Although it may seem difficult to deal with many different tenants and managing visitors for these types of facilities, the truth is that like many other types of environments it is important for organizations to understand who is entering the building and what their purpose is.

Multi-tenant facilities can definitely benefit from the use of badge software to track visitors, knowing who they are visiting, the purpose of their visit, and whether they have checked out.

EasyLobby visitor management software makes it easy to work with a variety of tenants and work smoothly in both commercial and residential multi-tenant environments, regardless of their size.

In commercial multi-tenant environments our ID badge system can be used to automatically produce unique badge templates for each tenant. Each visitor badge can have the company name and logo, floor number and any other number of customized items on the badge for guests going to their offices.

In residential multi-tenant facilities our visitor system can track the delivery of packages and monitor and assign parking spots. In combination with automatic alerts, the resident can be sent a text message that a package has arrived and is waiting for pickup in the lobby. The same type of alert can be used when a guest arrives to notify the tenant that a guest is waiting for them in the lobby.

With our pre visitor registration feature, individual tenants can pre-register guests that they know will be arriving, which can simplify guest sign in. If desired, the pre-registration can be required for all guests entering the building so that tenants only receive guests that they have invited.

The use of badge ID software greatly enhances visitor security, improves lobby management, and advances the professionalism of the facility as being well run and organized.

Read an EasyLobby success story of an installation of our visitor tracking software in a residential multi-tenant property at Plaza South Condominiums in Fort Lauderdale.

For commercial multi-tenant properties, read about our installation at One Gateway Center or The American General Center.

For more information about EasyLobby ID card software in multi-tenant properties, or other types of facilities, register for a free, personalized online web demo.

In about 30 minutes we will demonstrate the features of our solutions that are most pertinent to your particular environment and requirements.

How to Create Visitor Badges That Are Most Useful For Your Environment

Monday, October 10, 2011 by John Murzycki

Badge Software

Creating a visitor badge for every guest who enters your facilities is a great way to improve visitor security and enhance the reputation of your organization as one that is well-run and concerned about its guests and employees.

A pen and paper guest sign in lacks professionalism and has glaring problems for today's lobby management.

So how can you maximize the use of using visitor passes so that they are most effective in your particular environment?

Because a visitor ID badge should contain the type of information that is most helpful to identify the guest and ensure they are where they should be in your facilities, here is a list of items that you should consider when developing badge templates:
  • Include the check in time and expected check out time on each badge. This corresponds to the "from" "to" time on visitor check in.
  • Put the name of the employee that the guest is visiting, and possibly the photo of the employee. Also add the location (such as floor or conference room) that the guest is expected to visit.
  • Highlight on the badge whether the guest is required to be escorted by an employee.
  • Put a photo of the visitor on the badge by scanning it from their license or taking a photo with a web cam.
  • Barcodes printed on a visitor pass can be used for a number of important reasons. They enhance check out by speeding the process; they can be used to determine if the visitor is allowed access to more secure areas of the facility, as determined by the clearance level granted to them during the time of their check; and with EasyLobby's access control integration, the visitor ID badges can be used to open doors controlled by the access control system.
  • The use of a self-expiring badge allows you to determine if a badge is from a previous day. These badges bleed through a red stop sign after 6 hours.
  • Use a different color on badges for each day of the week. It's another way to highlight if the badge was issued on a particular day rather than a previous day.
  • Create different styles of badges for different categories of visitors such as contractors versus temporary employees, versus day visitors, or whatever category is important for you to highlight.
  • Use an employee pre-registration feature to allow employees to register guests before they arrive. This saves time collecting visitor information during visitor sign in.
  • Give careful consideration to the most important fields you wish to display on a visitor badge. Is company affiliation important? Do you want to include the business title of the guest? What about the purpose of their visit? Basically just about any fields that you complete during visitor check in can be put onto a visitor badge. Just be sure that it enhances how you are managing visitors and identifying visitors at your facilities.
EasyLobby visitor software can accommodate many different options when creating a visitor pass to ensure it is both functional and professional.

How Hospitals Use Visitor Registration Software to Protect Patients, Staff and Visitors

Friday, October 7, 2011 by John Murzycki

Visitor Monitoring Software for Hospitals

Hospitals and healthcare facilities are unique in many respects from other types of facilities. They have large numbers of visitors entering and exiting at all hours and guests who want to visit a patient without delays.

So on first glance one might think that hospitals are a poor choice for the use of badge software.

But the fact is that hospitals, like many other types of organizations, need to account for who is entering their facility, professionally manage the guest sign in process, and to screen for unwanted visitors.

An ID badge system that is able to accommodate a large number of visitors and not be obtrusive or cumbersome when processing visitors for entry is one primary requirement.

EasyLobby badge ID software is able to scan a visitor ID such as a driver's license and produce a professional visitor pass in 20 seconds or less per guest.

Another important requirement for hospitals is to integrate their visitor system with other hospital systems to speed the visitor sign in process.

EasyLobby visitor software is integrated with major hospital systems such as HL7 for real-time patient feeds, Status Blue for pre-registered approved vendors, and access control integration to 45 of the leading security management systems.

Many hospitals use the option of screening unwanted visitors such as each states' sex offender database. This feature will automatically alert the lobby attendants to any visitor on the database within seconds of check in at an EasyLobby visitor registration system.

Visitor badges are a visible element of visitor systems at hospitals as well as other environments. So the ability to customize these visitor passes in a hospital environment is important.

EasyLobby is able to produce a more durable visitor badge for guests who are visiting a patient frequently and over a period of time. The badge can be a laminated badge and contain a barcode that can be scanned upon the return of a guest for rapid check in without the need to provide visitor information again.

The use of customizable alerts also plays into the use of visitor management software at hospitals. EasyLobby is able to provide a number of different alerts, including a maximum visitor alert. This will notify the lobby attendant when the number of visitors to a particular patient has exceeded the defined limits.

How to Screen Visitors on the Government Denied Parties List during Guest Sign In

Wednesday, October 5, 2011 by John Murzycki

Managing Visitors Against Government Denied Parties List

Why, you might ask, should you consider screening guests during visitor registration against the Government Denied Parties Database?

The reason is that many Federal facilities, as well as other critical infrastructure facilities, are restricted or prohibited from admitting visitors on the Government Denied Parties list.

Companies or organizations that fail to comply with this requirement will result in violating U.S. law and may face criminal and/or civil prosecution and jeopardize their ability to continue providing goods or services to the Federal government.

Denied Party Screening is an option with EasyLobby visitor software. It allows you to automatically check visitors against this national database of government lists. At the time of visitor sign in, our visitor management software checks a wide range of U.S, government lists to determine if the visitor is on any of the databases.

When a match occurs our visitor system alerts you within seconds of visitor check in and allows your lobby personnel or security team to take appropriate action.

A few of the many government lists include:
  • FBI Most Wanted Terrorists, Wanted Fugitives, and Hijack Suspects
  • Department of Treasury Designated Terrorist Individuals
  • Department of Commerce Denied Persons
  • Department of Homeland Security Most Wanted Fugitive Criminal Aliens
  • U.S. Marshals Service major fugitive cases
  • U.S. Postal Inspection Service most wanted
  • U.S. Secret Service most wanted
  • U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration major international fugitives
Knowing when individuals on these lists attempt to enter your facilities will help protect your organization, improve lobby management and visitor security and guard against potentially dangerous or unwanted visitors.

EasyLobby badge software provides the option of screening against some or all of these denied party lists. This is an optional annual subscription service.

How to Format Visitor Passes for Different Categories of Visitors

Tuesday, October 4, 2011 by John Murzycki

Visitor Pass

Badge ID software gives you a wide choice of options when configuring and designing visitor badges.

Developing different badge templates for various categories of visitors is often helpful. You can choose the category of visitor that is appropriate to your environment - contractor, day visitor, customers, interns, etc.

A different ID badge template for each category is a good technique to allow you to easily identify visitors of a particular segment.

Here's how to accomplish this in EasyLobby visitor software:
  • Decide which visitor category you want to format badges.
  • Decide the different design elements you want to include in that badge category - color, photos, text, visitor data fields, and other elements.
  • In EasyLobby's visitor management software go to the 'Edit / Badge Options' menu. After choosing your site and your station from the site and station drop down boxes, pick the visitor category from the category drop down box.
  • Choose a badge template from the 'badge' drop down box, or choose 'customize' to use the free-form tool in our badge maker software to design your own badge. Click 'apply' when satisfied. Choose preview to view the badge. If satisfied, choose 'OK'.
  • Repeat the above steps choosing another category of visitor.
During guest sign in the visitor badge that you've chosen for that particular category will print.

How to Monitor Visitors Using Visitor Software

Monday, October 3, 2011 by John Murzycki

Badge ID Software

Many organizations today are controlling access to their facilities using a visitor registration system.

The benefit of such an approach allows for better management of visitors, the ability to screen against unwanted visitors and a more professional approach to guest sign in.

By identifying and requiring all visitors to wear a visitor badge you are able to identify and track all visitors.

Visitor tracking software automates the entire process of visitor sign in. Professional lobby management begins with having a understanding of what visitor information is most important for your organization. You can quickly scan a visitor ID such as a driver's license and within seconds print a professional visitor pass.

You can create alerts so that you can take certain actions based on visitor behavior. For instance, you may want to know the first time a contractor checks in so that you can have them complete certain paperwork or take a safety test. Or you may want to do this after a select number of visits.

For an increased level of lobby security a visitor system can flag visitors against an internal watch list or external databases such as each states' sex offender database or the Government Denied Parties database.

Plus with capabilities such as visitor self-registration using a Kiosk, integration with access control systems to provide proximity card access to guests, and the ability to tailor the system for your specific requirements, badge software can result in a tremendous improvement over a paper guest book.

EasyLobby visitor registration software has a great deal of flexibility in using the system for your needs, is extremely feature rich, and is easy to use and install.
